The biggest strength of the masterclass was how practical it was. We worked in VS Code, used Git and GitHub properly, built Python applications and connected them to APIs. I especially enjoyed learning how to structure a project rather than just writing code that happened to work. I left with a much better understanding of how professional developers actually work.

I really liked the mix of technologies covered. We worked with Python and JavaScript, explored REST APIs and SQL databases, and used GitHub for version control. The sections on debugging and testing were particularly useful because they showed me how to approach problems systematically instead of simply changing code until something worked. It was five very productive days.

I had some coding experience before attending, but this course helped me understand the bigger picture. We built a small application, worked with APIs and databases, used Git for version control and even got an introduction to Docker and containerised development. The trainer explained why developers use these tools, not just which buttons to press. I came away feeling far more confident about developing a real-world application from scratch.
